Upload The Drawing And Move The Project Into Real Review
Even if the final grade, process route, or some technical details are still under review, you can already submit the drawing, sample photos, and key requirements to start the first technical assessment.
What to Send
Project Information for Review
For faster evaluation, include the drawing, intended material direction, quantity, annual demand, machining requirements, target delivery expectations and any critical inspection notes. The package does not need to be perfect, but the closer it is to the real project condition, the more direct the review becomes.
2D and 3D files are used to assess wall thickness, casting structure, machining allowance and suitable process route.
If the exact material grade is not fixed yet, the form can still be submitted with service condition and application details for discussion.
Used for industrial RFQs.
Fast Review Promise
After the drawing arrives, the first goal is a review that moves the project forward
After the drawing arrives, the first goal is to help the buyer understand whether the project is worth moving forward. Internally, a useful target is initial RFQ feedback within 24 hours.
Confirm whether the drawing package is enough to start review
Flag the likely material direction and casting route first
Point out the suitable casting route and machining concerns first
If the package is incomplete, clarify the next missing item directly
What buyers usually want first after sending a drawing
Stating these outcomes clearly converts better than a generic contact message because buyers know what they will receive from the first review.
Which casting route likely fits the part best
Whether the current material grade is suitable or needs adjustment
What machining, dimensional, and inspection risks matter first
What additional information may be needed for pilot and repeat orders
Best-fit buyers for drawing review
OEM buyers looking for an alternate foundry supplier
Projects with 2D or 3D drawings but no final process route yet
Overseas sourcing cases that need casting, machining, and inspection considered together
Start The Review
You can still send the drawing even if the final grade or route is not fully fixed
Many overseas OEM RFQs begin when the drawing is ready and the service conditions are known, while the final grade, machining scope, or inspection boundary is still under review. That is still enough to start the first technical assessment.
Sending the drawing and service context first is usually more efficient than waiting for every detail to be locked
A likely material direction is enough to begin the first technical review
If something important is still missing, we can identify the next critical item directly
What Happens Next
After submission, the first output should be actionable review feedback, not generic sales language
Check whether the drawing package is enough to move into quotation review
Review the material direction, process route, and machining priorities first
If there is a major gap or risk, identify the most important missing step early
